Casper's Legacy is a 501c3, non-profit, volunteer organization, dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens. Cats and kittens are an extremely vulnerable population and it is our mission to save as many as possible.
Casper’s Legacy was created in memory of a very special cat. He was a former feral kitten that became the “cat daddy” to so many rescued kittens. He had an aura about him that drew people, kittens, and cats to him. Casper died in a tragic accident. We created Casper’s Legacy to keep the memory of
Doris is a nuclear medicine technologist by trade but her real passion lies with animal rescue. She has 20 years experience fostering for various shelters and rescues in Solano County and advocates for TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return).
Sue has been advocating for animals her entire life. She has ten years of animal sheltering and welfare experience. Her experience includes managing daily operations at a Bay Area animal rescue organization and shelter director of a medium-sized nonprofit city shelter. Sue’s passion is rehabilitating animals and giving them another chance at finding homes where they can thrive.
Jodie is relatively new to the world of rescue. She has been fostering cats and kittens for the past two years. She quickly recognized how desperate the need is for people to foster and to advocate on behalf of this very vulnerable population.
